Mount cattlin

The Operations at Mount Cattlin are of open pit mining of a flat pegmatite Ore body. Because the ore body is parallel with the ground it allows a consistent rate. The basic mining operation is a traditional truck shovel technique

Processing takes place on site with hydraulic crushers and gravity recovery system

Contractors are used for the drilling, blasting, pre strip, mining and ancillary work

There is reported to be around 18 years supply left in the current ore body
