Wealth Mining

Wealth Mining is an entity owned and controlled by China KingHo Energy Group through its Australian subsidiary, Wealth Resources. China KingHo was formed in 1996 and is one of China's largest privately held resources and clean energy companies.

In February 2014 Wealth Mining announced a takeover of Carabella Resources Limited, a coal exploration and development company. With a portfolio of coal exploration tenements covering an area of approximately 4,200 sq kms across Queensland's Coal regions.

Carabella Resources had several projects with Grosvenor West hard coking coal project near Moranbah, and the Bluff PCI project near Blackwater being at the top of the list.
