Oz Minerals

OZ Minerals, formerly Oxiana Limited, was renamed following the merger of Oxiana with fellow Australian based miner Zinifex Limited in June 2008. OZ Minerals owns and operates the Prominent Hill copper-gold mine and the Carrapateena copper/gold exploration project, both located in South Australia.

Carrapateena is one of Australiaís largest undeveloped copper deposits, currently at an advanced exploration stage.
