IMO (Independent Metallurgical Operations) is Australiaís largest metallurgical services group that was founded in 1998 and provides project and operational support services to the mining industry.

We offer specialised support for new and existing projects either in-house, through contractors or permanent staff. IMO has a key team of operations personnel that includes chemists, technicians, process engineers and metallurgists and teams of consultants.

IMO possess extensive experience in design, project development, plant commissioning and operations management across mining operations that extract base metals, precious metals, uranium, industrial minerals and iron ore.
