KalNorth

KalNorth Gold Mines Limited (KGM) is a gold exploration company with tenement holdings covering more than 1,200km2 in a regional arc approximately 50-80km north-east of Kalgoorlie.

Collectively known as the KalNorth Gold Field, the tenement holdings comprise four 100% owned, adjoining projects ñ the Lindsayís, Kurnalpi, Kalpini and Mt Jewell fields.

The Company also has a Joint Venture project with Mithril Resources Limited located south of Kalgoorlie.

First production commenced from the Parrot Feathers open cut mine at the Lindsayís field in January 2013, transitioning the company from explorer to gold miner. Due to a deterioration in gold prices, subsequent to commissioning, the mining program at Lindsayís ceased in August, 2013 and the mine was put on care and maintenance.

The company is evaluating all its current and future options with the aim of extracting the maximum value of its assets for the benefit of all shareholders.
