Goodrich Resources Ltd was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales. The company owns the Kimberly Diamond Company NL who own and operate the Ellendale Diamond Project located 120km east of Derby in the Kimberly region of Western Australia.

Goodrich Resources is a highly successful mineral resources mining and exploration company listed in the Australian Stock Exchange.

Along with the Ellendale Diamond Project that is the worlds most considerable producer of the fancy yellow diamond, Goodrich Resources has specific exploration projects underway involving gold and coppergold in the Northern Territory, Western Australia and New South Wales.
