EMS (Elphinstone Group Pt LTd) established 2006, Western Australia and are highly qualified machinery experts servicing and maintaining a large number of mining companyís heavy mobile equipment fleet. Over the years we have grown significantly, from servicing the North West region of Western Australia to nationally and with provisions to the international market.

Our fundamental services include field service (rapid response), site supervision and long term labour hire. EMSís field services offer short-term, backlog and contingency labour hire contracts along with supervised major shut down crews. By having a mobile fleet of thirty-five field service vehicles, we are able to respond swiftly to customers requirements. The fleet is complete with the latest diagnostic equipment and specialised tooling designed to minimise any downtime to your business. From minor oil leaks right through to the change out and repair of major components, our team are able to solve any unfavourable situation.

The companyís extremely qualified site supervisors are able to manage daily and long term maintenance of mobile equipment, maintenance contracts and technical support for our site based personnel. The people in our business are of the utmost importance to us and we have a comprehensive recruitment process and provide induction programs and ongoing training to our employees ensuring they are performing to industry standards and beyond.

Our long term labour hire service offers the supply of regular staff on continuous fly-in fly-out rosters to complete regular maintenance requirements. Our proficient technicians apply reliable maintenance programs and proven diagnostics to mine sites and have access to any technical support they may need in Perth. EMS ensure all maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment is conducted to manufacturerís specifications and standards.

All of our high voltage electricians have experience in the service and maintenance of fixed and mobile plant equipment and general maintenance. As a HV electrician working for EMS they must hold an A-Grade Electrical Trade Licence, a High Voltage Electrician Certificate and possess experience working on electric drive trucks and mining machinery for a minimum of five years.

EMSís heavy duty mechanics must come from an OEM background or possess specialised experience in the repair of heavy mobile equipment to the mining industry. Our HD fitters must hold a Heavy Duty Fitter Certification, together with a minimum of five years experience in the mining industry.

Our current projects include: Currently CAT 3 preferred supplier to Rio Tinto, Major shuts and back fill labour at the following sites, West Angelas, Marrandoo,Yandi, Hopedowns1, Hopedowns4, Tom Price, Brockman4,Brockman2 , Pannawonica and many more.
