Downer Mouchel is a joint venture between Downer EDI Limited and Mouchel. Formed in 2008 to deliver works under the Main Roads Western Australia Integrated Services Arrangements (ISAs).

This relationship provides road works operations, asset management, maintenance, capital works and project and contract management services.

Downer is a leading provider of engineering and infrastructure services in various industries including mining, oil and gas and transport across Australia, New Zealand and now branches into South America and South Africa.

While Mouchel is an international infrastructure business working with public and private sectors to aid public services such as transportation, emergency services and education across the world.
