DGH ENGINEERING is a Mackay owned and operated business providing engineering services to a wide range of clients in the mining, bulk ports and building industries.

Established in 2005, DGH Engineering has built an enviable reputation as a supplier of quality products and services to clients including BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto, Xstrata, Anglo Coal, Wilmar, Mackay Sugar, Ports Corp, and Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal.

Our ëOne-Stopí Philosophy ñ DGH Engineering can meet all of your manufacturing requirements from concept development, drafting, fabrication, painting, machining, industrial tiling, poly spraying and maintenance through to testing, commissioning and installation and all points in between.

DGH Engineering operates out of a 2 hectare Industrial Site in Mackay, comprising a 3000 square metre painting and fabrication workshop and a 250 square metre Machine Shop. Serviced by 4 overhead cranes and various monorails, as well as mobile cranes and forklifts. This workshop facility maintains a full range of fabrication processing equipment, catering for mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium products.

The facility compliments the onsite operations which include mechanical maintenance services, shutdown and downday activities, onsite construction, onsite tiling, blasting and painting.

The 1000m2 paint shop is an all weather facility to ensure all painting and blasting requirements are fulfilled and projects are dispatched in a timely fashion.

Industrial Tiling and Poly Spraying is also an added bonus to compliment the one stop shop ability of DGH Engineering. Capable of all poly spraying applications and industrial tiling requirements for workshop or site needs.

DGH also has a permanent Emerald office established complete with an Emerald Area Manager.

Being quad certified for Quality, Safety, Environment, and Quality requirements for welding along with our proven safety record, high standard of workmanship and extensive employee experience means that DGH Engineering consistently meets and exceeds our clientís requirements.

DGH Engineering is certified to ISO 3834:2005 ëQuality requirements for welding - Fusion welding of metallic materialsî. This ISO defines the various approaches to quality requirements in welded fabrication, construction and maintenance through the implementation of competent welding co-ordination for both workshop and on site welding.
