Leighton Holdings was established in 1949 which covered all sectors of the mining, cvil and construction areas. In 2015, Leighton Holdings changed their company name to CIMIC Group which stands for Construction, Infrastructure, Mining and Concessions. Within this new and improved company there are numerous sub companies which focus on each sector for example CPB Contractors which focus' on the construction industry.
