Australian Bauxite Limited

Australian Bauxite Limited (ABx) is focused on development of bauxite deposits in Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania. Combined JORC resources currently stand at 106 million tonnes and are expected to increase significantly with further exploration.

ABx has approximately 40 tenements covering over 5,000 sq km and controls the most prospective acreage for high quality bauxite along Eastern Australia.

The Bald Hill mine in Tasmania is nearing production (December 2014), it is the first new bauxite mine in Australia for 35 years.
