Operating since 2008, Always Welding are based in NSW and have over 20 years experience in providing mobile welding and fabrication services to the mining and construction industries.

Established as a full Welding & Fabrication service that specialises in On Site Breakdowns & Weld Repairs, Machine Modification and General Fabrication Services.

Our specialty is in the area of Plant & Machinery Failure Repair, re-design and manufacture of worn or damaged components and Full Breakdown services.

Always Welding are equipped with 2 mobile service trucks with capabilities bettering some workshops. Our trucks include 600amp Diesel Welders with MMAW,GMAW,FCAW,TIG & SAW welding processes as well as Carbon Air Arc Gouging. These units are complimented with 30cfm Air Compressors, Oxy/LP Cutting and all equipment required to perform your job efficiently.

Always Welding have been contracted by major mining companies such as BHP Billiton and Newcrest Mining. Some projects include the fabrication of BHP Appin Vent shaft #6 & the onsite fabrication of Liners for the Ravensworth Underground Mine Vent shafts, as well as multiple shut downs for refurbishment of a 6mtr blind bore drilling heads for one of Australia's leading Infrastructure contractors.

We have also carried out Hard Facing & G.E.T. Repairs for Earthmoving Equipment and many onsite rebuilds for CAT loader buckets, including 980,992,993 & 994ñ covering new gums, wear plates, headboards & adapters.
