A1 Consolidated Gold

The A1 mine includes the entire A1 Dyke Corridor and is the second largest gold producer in the area.

The company also holds interests in three mineral exploration and development projects 120 kilometres north east of Melbourne, Victoria, located between Mansfield and Woods Point.

In September 2013 A1 Consolidated signed an ore processing agreement with LionGold Corp for processing up to 450,000 tonnes of ore from the A1 Gold mine, processed at the nearby Ballarat gold plant. In conjunction with the agreement LionGold Corp will subscribe to A1 shares which will represent about 19.9% of A1 Consolidated enlarged share capital.
