Bis Industries is seeking two experienced and proactive Workshop Administrators to join our Workshop at Murrin Murrin site in WA. Reporting to the Administration Manager - Midwest, this position will provide effective and functional maintenance administration support for the Workshop and Site operations. This is a FIFO position from Perth, WA working on a family friendly 8:6 roster.  

Key responsibilities for this role include:
  • Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm
  • Create, monitor and close work orders for all asset maintenance tasks
  • Raise purchase orders for all asset repairs, ensure all purchases have a purchase order raised prior to work commencing and all purchase orders are matched to work orders and invoices
  • Regular processing of accurate costing reports
  • Ensure unreceipted / unvouchered reports are monitored and AP Queries are reviewed and actioned
  • Generate and process work orders for AIT Workshop
  • Monitor maintenance reports for compliance to maintenance standards
  • Provide site support for JDE Maintenance system
  • Creation and setup of Build of Materials listings
  • Data Collection/Entry and reporting including updating of schedules
  • Support the Workshop Supervisor with any ad hoc administration requirements
The successful applicant will possess the following:
  • Demonstrated Maintenance/ Workshop administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience working in the Resources industry in a FIFO role
  • Experience with JD Edwards is preferable
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong Customer Service orientation
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a team
  • Computer literate/sound keyboarding skills with intermediate knowledge of Window
  • Office applications and operational databases
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
  • Positive safety attitude essential
