Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a Port Hedland based Mobilisation Logistics Administrator on a part time basis (30 hours per week).
This position will be based in our Port Hedland Office and will see you supporting the Logistics Coordinator in the planning, scheduling and coordination of manning and resources for Mining Shutdown Maintenance works as well as general depot duties, including but not limited to, receiving/dispatching deliveries.
This role is offered on a part time basis, approx 30 hours per week, and may progress into a full time role as our operations expand in Port Hedland.
To be considered for this role you MUST be living locally.
Responsibilities in these roles include:

Assisting the Logistics Coordinator in planning and coordinating manning requirements for Shutdown Maintenance works;
Ensuring trade staff qualifications and training is up to date and compliant with site requirements;
Booking and organising flights, travel and accommodation;
Liaising with site and staff via phone, text message and email;
Monitor and record operational performance; and
Depot duties, including but not limited to, receiving/dispatching deliveries.

To be successful in these roles you will have:

Solid administration experience with strong attention to detail;
Excellent verbal and written communication;
Very good time management, organisational and coordinating ability;
Up to date experience with the Microsoft Suite including MS Word, Outlook and Excel;
Experience using ERMS, OnBase, FMG Portal or similar software is highly advantageous;
Experience in the mining industry is highly advantageous;
A positive attitude and willingness to learn; and
Forklift Ticket - highly advantageous.
