We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to be responsible for tender preparation and the coordination of activities for key mining maintenance and infrastructure projects based in the Pilbara region. Reporting to the Engineering Project Manager, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis and will be based between the Linkforce Corporate Office in West Perth, and various Iron Ore Mining Sites in the Pilbara as required. Responsibilities in this role include:
Coordinating multiple projects of varying sizes and complexity;
Scheduling, estimating, procurement and tender preparation;
Monitoring your project through from tender to project completion;
Liaising with Linkforce Engineering clients, subcontractors, suppliers and service providers for costing and project implementation; and
Consolidation of project tracking against Pronto (Financial system) and Project schedule.
To be considered for this role you will have:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role with strong technical knowledge;
Engineering qualifications or trade qualifications and relevant experience;
Experience working within the Australian Mining Industry (preferably Iron Ore);
Experience in completing CMS (Contract Management System) documentation for on-site personnel and on-site equipment;
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software - MS Projects and Excel; and
Strong knowledge of Pronto and Primavera is advantageous.
