BIS Industries are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support one of our site operations, based in the mid-west region of WA.  The successful candidate will be working on an 8/6 FIFO roster, ex Perth.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
As a key member of site personnel, you will provide effective and functional administrative support to the core management team, supervisors and employees.
The role will primarily be responsible for assisting the project team with day-to-day site administration tasks such as;
• Document control, creating purchase orders and processing accounts payable
• Compiling and formatting project reports, data entry and distribution of daily production reports;
• Mobilisation and demobilisation of employees and contractors to site;
• Responsible for roster and flight changes;
• Assorted data entry for contractor management, training, safety and workshop;
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
The successful applicant will possess the following:
• Demonstrate commitment to our goal of Zero Harm;
• At least 3 years demonstrated experience in a similar role/environment;
• High attention to detail and effective time management and organisational skills;
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment;
• Well-developed verbal and written skills;
• Previous exposure to JDE (or similar ERP);
• Intermediate level skills in the use of Excel;
• An attitude that engages all individuals by way of clear communication and effective interaction.
