Bis Industries is seeking a Systems Analyst for a six month fixed-term contract in our Perth office.  The purpose of this position is to provide application analysis and support for our suite of web systems as well as assisting in the development and testing of upgrades and new applications.  
                                              
   
Key responsibilities for this role include and not limited to:
   
Continuous improvement and enhancement of a Zero Harm culture to enable Bis Industries' management to eliminate or otherwise control risks within Bis Industries.
  • Expand our suite of SharePoint Forms and Team Sites, including configuration, acceptance testing, implementation, training and support.
  • Provide training and support to the business in our content management systems for the Intranet and Internet.
  • Provide support to the business in our suite of web systems, including document management, risk management and contract management.
  • Conduct system testing for the upgrades undertaken by our internal development team.
  • Testing, implementation, training and support in new third-party web solutions.
      
    The successful applicant will possess the following skills / knowledge / qualifications / attributes:


    Two to five years' experience in a similar role.
    Experience in Microsoft SharePoint, including site customisation and workflow applications.
    Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred.
    Experience in Kentico and/or Sitecore content management systems preferred.
    Strong testing background and exposure to testing methodologies.
    Good understanding of HTML.
    Experience in Adobe Photoshop or similar.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Strong customer service skills.
    Ability to learn on the fly.
    Demonstrated customer focus and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
    Proven ability to work under pressure and manage priorities and deadlines.
    Positive safety attitude essential.
