Founded in 1954, Giovenco Industries is a privately owned Australian contracting company servicing the mining, infrastructure and hydrocarbon industries throughout New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Giovenco was first established by five brothers who collaborated their skills to form a sand blasting company which would operate out of Sydney. Now, with more than 850 highly experienced employees, Giovenco is a major successor in the industry. Being a highly regarded leader in the industry has seen Giovenco awarded large contracts such as the Wheatstone LNG Project, Dampier Wharf, Dalby Power Station and the Dalrymple Bay Coal Terminal Project, just to name a few.
The company has worked, partnered and had alliances with some major mining houses including BHP Billiton, Bechtel, Caltex, Chevron and Orica.

Giovenco also work in cohesion with Australian Training Organisations to provide training to individuals for various disciplines such as; working at heights, scaffolding competency, verification of Competency, confined space, safety advisory, gas monitor, chemical alert, and hazardous material removal.
