Established in 1931, ACCIONA is today a global leader with a focus on three business lines being:-

  • ACCIONA Energy - build, owns and operates wind farms at Waubra near Ballarat in Victoria and at Gunning in New South Wales, and jointly owns the Cathedral Rocks Wind Farm in South Australia with Energy Australia.
  • ACCIONA Agua - is part of a consortium that has designed and is building South Australia‚Äôs first major desalination plant at Port Stanvac near Adelaide. Also part of another consortium that will operate and maintain the plant. Also part of a consortium building a major water treatment plant at Mundaring near Perth.
  • ACCIONA Infrastructure - contributing to The Legacy Way tunnelling project in Brisbane and has a 50% stake in 2 joint venture projects for road reconstruction in Central Queensland.
